This is an invaluable help in keeping track of your trades. You can use it for paper trading or live trading to keep account of your profits and losses. Every time you add a line of data the running total will automatically shift down one line. You can enter 100 trades on this sheet but no blank lines are allowed. Each column has a help comment when you click on the title to give you guidance as to the input for that column. There is an area where you can change the contract specs or update the contract margins for the individual commodities.
